4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing B2B SaaS
Independently run end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
Partner with managers to scope roles and close top candidates
Shift context between engineering requirements and GTM talent
Build interview frameworks, scoring, sourcing strategies
Leverage AI tools to boost velocity and candidate quality
