  • Strong sourcing skills and passive talent engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience using recruiting systems (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Brighthire, Workday)
