- Proven experience as a recruiter in fast-paced tech environments
- Strong understanding of autonomous robotics and related tech
- 3+ years recruiting in Germany and local tech landscape
- Build relationships with diverse stakeholders in international env
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools
- Strategic, proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software
- English fluent, German nice-to-have; EU citizenship required
