📋 Description

  • Execute strategic recruitment plan aligned with hiring process
  • Manage all stages of the hiring process, from sourcing to offer
  • Source applicants online and offline using diverse methods
  • Advertise open roles on job boards, networks, and careers page
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls
  • Track hiring metrics and improve the process

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years in recruitment
  • At least 1 year of in-house talent acquisition in tech/startup
  • Experience managing full recruitment cycle including offers
  • Experience using social networks to source candidates
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building relationships
  • Excellent time management with multiple open positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse
