Remote position; must work 8:30am-5:00pm HST.
Attract qualified prospects and manage candidates from recruiting to onboarding.
Candidates include RBT and Direct Support Professional roles.
Collaborate with service offices to post jobs based on needs.
Maintain relationships as embedded TA partner; ensure needs are filled timely.
Lead interviews and oversee the hiring pipeline.
Demonstrate BAYADA values and professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

Four year college degree.
Minimum two years in home care and/or recruiting.
Experience with individuals with IDD preferred.
Ability to interview across diverse geographies and job families.
Interpret and manage supply/demand of candidate flow.
Read, write and effectively communicate in English.
