  • 5+ years end-to-end in-house recruitment or global consultancy.
  • SaaS-based, high-growth tech startup experience.
  • Experience filling roles across multiple countries (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ATS; Greenhouse experience required.
  • Strong relationship, consultative, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; fast-paced work.
