📋 Description

• Drive full-cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to design and implement recruitment processes.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions aligned to roles.
• Plan interview processes: screenings, and in-person interviews.
• Source candidates via online and offline channels.
• Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years end-to-end in-house recruitment or global consultancy.
• SaaS-based, high-growth tech startup experience.
• Experience filling roles across multiple countries (preferred).
• Knowledge of ATS; Greenhouse experience required.
• Strong relationship, consultative, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fast-paced work.
