📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with department leaders to fulfill hiring needs.
• Proactively create and manage candidate pipelines for technical roles.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: requisition management, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Conduct outreach to attract candidates through various channels.
• Evaluate resumes, interview candidates, and recommend top sales talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback throughout the process.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in high-volume recruitment or sales recruiting.
• Passion for recruiting and building relationships, esp. in sales.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong multitasking to manage multiple roles and candidates.
• Leverages AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.
