  • Source and engage qualified talent via referrals, outreach, job boards, and networking
  • Lead end-to-end hiring by screening, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a SaaS or high-growth setting
  • Assess talent beyond resumes with thoughtful questions and impact focus
  • Own roles end-to-end, juggle priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools to source and manage candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on role clarity and interviews
  • Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, bringing structure and momentum
