🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years end-to-end technical recruiting, startup/scale-up.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; automation minded.
  • Project management with prioritization and clear communication.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
  • Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written skills.
