π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent.
- 4+ years proven success in recruiting across multiple levels/types.
- Experience recruiting for Sales/GTM roles and/or Professional Services in B2B SaaS.
- 4+ years implementing and maintaining an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in hiring and interviewing.
- Experience training and coaching hiring managers on interview process and evaluation.
