πŸ“‹ Description

  • Partner with leaders to define hiring profiles and interview plans.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for quota-bearing Sales, Solution Consulting, CS and PS roles.
  • Design fast, structured interviews and coach hiring managers.
  • Build diverse pipelines via sourcing, referrals and talent mapping.
  • Manage requisitions in Greenhouse from creation to disposition.
  • Maintain candidate records and coordinate references/background checks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years proven success in recruiting across multiple levels/types.
  • Experience recruiting for Sales/GTM roles and/or Professional Services in B2B SaaS.
  • 4+ years implementing and maintaining an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in hiring and interviewing.
  • Experience training and coaching hiring managers on interview process and evaluation.
