  • Executes full lifecycle recruiting for assigned departments
  • Manage hiring manager relationships; provide regular updates
  • Collaborate with Research to maintain a healthy talent pipeline
  • Build talent pipelines with the Research team
  • Oversee selection; provide timely updates on applications
  • Track pipeline activity for internal stakeholders
  • Drive improvements to local talent pipeline and interview process
  • Negotiate offers; explain EVP; advise on relocation and sign-on bonuses
  • Develop and implement long- and short-term sourcing/hiring strategies
  • Build talent pools for succession planning and future hires
  • Proactively build stakeholder relationships in markets
  • Report TA metrics weekly and monthly
  • Ensure ATS is updated; maintain hiring data vs fulfillment

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's in HRM or equivalent preferred
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and people practices
  • Well-organized
