🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally fast-paced or tech-driven.
Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management, and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-focused.
Commitment to Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
English upper-intermediate or higher; Nice to have BambooHR, Lever.
