🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years proven in-house full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an early stage SaaS business
  • Extensive sourcing experience using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc
  • Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and managing stakeholders across all levels
  • Proven expertise in high-level talent attraction through social media, recruitment campaigns, and networking
  • Experience creating and establishing recruitment practices that standardize and scale
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
