  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers, ensuring data is always accurate and up to date across active roles.
  • Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal portals, and ensure listings are live and optimized.
  • Own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end β€” from sending invites and managing calendars to handling reschedules with minimal friction.
  • Track candidate progress across every stage of the funnel and maintain clean, structured records in the ATS.
  • Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process to keep them engaged, informed, and reduce drop-offs at critical stages.
  • Support the Talent team with reporting and dashboards to track hiring velocity, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (final-year students may apply).
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment support.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, ATS tools, or other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • You are organized and process-driven.
  • You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
