  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones (manager/panel/executive)
  • Manage virtual and on-site interview logistics for a seamless candidate experience
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage calendars and resolve conflicts
  • Serve as a main candidate contact alongside the recruiter
  • Prepare interview schedules, feedback forms, and materials for candidates and teams
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting data in Lever and other systems

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/Business Admin/Communications or equivalent
  • 1+ years in recruiting coordination or related roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
