🎯 Requirements

- Prior experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition operations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse, and HRIS platforms such as Workday.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and comfort with recruiting data and reports.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new tools, processes, and AI-driven solutions.
