🎯 Requirements

1–3 years experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or HR admin
Strong comfort with ATS (Greenhouse), data tools, and productivity platforms
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple moving pieces
Clear, professional communication; service-oriented mindset
Passion for improving candidate experience and operational efficiency
Proficient with Google Suite
