- Experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring executives.
- Demonstrated involvement in employer brand or talent attraction initiatives.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
