  • Own recruiting delivery across assigned business areas, ensuring timely, high-quality hires.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring executives.
  • Demonstrated involvement in employer brand or talent attraction initiatives.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
