Track recruiting metrics and optimize processes; leverage AI tools and partners.

🎯 Requirements

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency.
Workday experience preferred.
Recruitment, performance mgmt, and rewards processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years recruiting; 3+ years mgmt.
