🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience in fast-paced/matrix organizations.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Prior experience leading TA teams is preferred.
- Experience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
