📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
  • Partner with leaders and HR to design effective hiring strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality hires against SLAs and KPIs; drive structured interviews.
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience; provide insights to leaders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience in fast-paced/matrix organizations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
  • Prior experience leading TA teams is preferred.
  • Experience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
