  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions.
  • Prior TA leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with ATS/HCM: Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
