Talent Acquisition Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization.
• Partner with leaders and HR to hire top talent.
• Drive workforce planning, analytics, vendor mgmt, and improvement.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, ops, and leadership roles.
• Lead sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Ensure timely, high-quality hiring against SLAs and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 6–10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions.
• Prior TA leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS/HCM: Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
