🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 6–10 years TA experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
  • Prior TA team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
