π― Requirements

- Proven success recruiting across multiple disciplines: creative, strategy, operations
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing strategies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building; brand ambassador
- Experience onboarding and early engagement programs (30/60/90 days)
- Highly organized, detail-driven, passionate about connecting people
