🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or creative industry preferred)
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple disciplines: creative, strategy, operations
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing strategies
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building; brand ambassador
  • Experience onboarding and early engagement programs (30/60/90 days)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, passionate about connecting people
