- Run outbound sourcing campaigns for priority roles across GTM, ops, product
- Track hiring progress vs headcount; report weekly metrics to leadership
- Build high-touch candidate experience across all roles and stages
- Implement onboarding processes with a clear ramp-up for new hires
- Support managers in improving interview calibration, evaluation, and decisions
- Shape foundational people processes: job levels, interview templates, hiring hygiene
- Contribute to building a values-driven culture during growth
π― Requirements
- 6+ years in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting
- Proactive, ownership-driven; can run a process from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail with many moving parts
- Great communication; candidates feel cared for and managers feel supported
- Familiar with Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS
- Passion for building scalable systems and processes
- Experience supporting both GTM and technical teams is a plus
- Comfort working in-person with cross-functional team (NYC or DC preferred)
