- Currently enrolled in university and able to sign an internship agreement.
- Based in Barcelona and able to attend in-office activities as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
- Good organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks; proactive.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools; HR tools a plus.
