- Support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate agendas with hiring teams.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including career page content and social posts.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and CRM.
- Provide a great candidate experience and respond to inquiries.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university and able to sign an internship agreement.
- Based in Barcelona and able to attend in-office activities when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations; proactive and organized.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with a distributed team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital recruiting tools; prior HR tools exposure is a plus.
