Talent Acquisition Internship (Barcelona)

📋 Description

• Support the Talent Acquisition team through the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews).
• Assist with job posting creation and publication across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate agendas between candidates and teams.
• Support candidate communication, feedback collection, and experience.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university and able to sign an internship agreement.
• Based in Barcelona and able to attend in-office activities.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
