🎯 Requirements

Minimum 6 months hands-on recruitment experience.
Experience handling Product & Engineering roles.
Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
Comfortable working from the office 2 days/week (~8 days/month).
Strong experience sourcing via job boards.
Comfortable using AI platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
