- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail; you notice when something is off and you fix it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Prior experience with an ATS (especially Greenhouse) is a plus, but not required.
- Genuine curiosity about talent acquisition, people operations, and how great teams are built.
