🎯 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail; you notice when something is off and you fix it.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
  • Prior experience with an ATS (especially Greenhouse) is a plus, but not required.
  • Genuine curiosity about talent acquisition, people operations, and how great teams are built.
