📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies and evaluation criteria.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Drive a positive candidate experience with transparent communication and timely feedback.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with global labor laws, SLAs, and data accuracy within ATS (Greenhouse).

🎯 Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Recruitment Expertise: Full-cycle recruitment in high-demand, fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Data Literacy: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• AI Enthusiast: Familiarity with AI tools to optimize TA tasks (e.g., drafting job descriptions, ranking).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage market intelligence and talent insights for data-backed decisions.
• Systems Experience: Proficiency with ATS, with strong preference for Greenhouse.
• Communication & Language: Fluent English mandatory for global collaboration.
