  • Support Talent Acquisition activities across US teams.
  • Organize and schedule kickoff meetings, candidate interviews and debriefs.
  • Own pre-employment onboarding, references, contracts, background checks, visa, relocation.
  • Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities.
  • Assist broader HR and Talent team with recruiting metrics and process improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, coordinating, or related field.
  • Team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and power through ambiguity.
