  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end, including fast pivots and high-volume coordination.
  • Run day-of execution: confirmations, prep, reminders, and real-time support.
  • Coordinate onsite and virtual panels; manage travel and logistics.
  • Serve as the primary candidate contact for scheduling and updates.
  • Maintain ATS integrity: stages, notes, scorecards, and feedback routing.
  • Drive debrief operations; ensure timely feedback and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and TA operations.
  • Owned complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Strong written communication; run candidate comms with speed and clarity.
  • Experience maintaining clean ATS data and structured feedback.
  • Experience pulling basic recruiting reports (ATS/spreadsheet tracking).
  • Comfortable working in-office in Arlington, VA.
