📋 Description

  • Operate as shared service for Talent Acquisition; manage administrative recruiting.
  • Manage logistics for initial screens; support personnel file management and credentialing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of administrative work; recruiting experience appreciated.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact effectively with different levels of the organization.
  • High professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Action-oriented, with sense of urgency; service-focused mindset.
