📋 Description

  • Operate as a shared service resource to Talent Acquisition and manage admin recruiting activities.
  • Manage logistics for initial screens; support personnel files, credentialing, coordination.
  • Ensure employee information is maintained per federal/state requirements.
  • Collect post-conditional documents and confirm completion of related workflows.
  • Track candidates after conditional offers through onboarding with recruiting partners.
  • Coordinate Hawaii-focused interviews and onboarding milestones in Hawaii time zone.

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • At least one year of administrative work; direct recruiting experience appreciated.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication across different levels of the organization.
