📋 Description

  • Assisting TA Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Assisting with onboarding: reference checks and BAYADA documentation.
  • Managing and pulling reports; provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising requisitions.
  • Coordinating background checks and related screenings.
  • Hybrid role requiring weekly travel to Pennsauken, NJ HQ.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years HR or recruiting experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership, customer service, self-motivation and problem solving.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
