🎯 Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- At least 1 year in administrative work; direct recruiting experience preferred.
- Proven growth; willing to take on more responsibility.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to interact with various organizational levels.
- Professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Action-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Collaborative, proactive, and team-focused.
- Proficient in basic PC skills.
- Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
🎁 Benefits
