📋 Description

  • Operate as a shared service for Talent Acquisition; manage admin recruiting via ticket.
  • Notify staff of interviews/orientations by updating the event calendar.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for initial screen; oversee personnel files and credentialing.
  • Ensure employee data complies with federal, state, and CHAP requirements.
  • Collect post-conditional documents; sign off on completion.
  • Track candidates after conditional offer to ensure acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Four-year college degree.
  • At least 1 year in administrative work; direct recruiting experience preferred.
  • Proven growth; willing to take on more responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to interact with various organizational levels.
  • Professionalism and strong attention to detail.
  • Action-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and team-focused.
  • Proficient in basic PC skills.
  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

🎁 Benefits
