Send candidate communications including confirmations, reminders, and joining instructions
Maintain ATS hygiene: update pipeline stages and dispositions
Screen CVs against role requirements and flag shortlisted candidates
Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards to build pipelines

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in recruitment or TA coordination in global/multi-region environments
Passion for Talent administration
Familiarity with ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Clear, professional written communication
Ability to work 09:00–18:00 SAST, Mon–Fri
