🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant coordination experience in recruiting or HR
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Prioritize multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail
- Experience with an ATS (preferred) and on-site at McLean, VA 3 days/week
