  • 1โ€“3 years of full lifecycle recruiting across functions.
  • Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven settings.
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasker with urgency.
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
