🎯 Requirements

1–3 years of full lifecycle recruiting across functions.
Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates.
Ability to work with ambiguity.
Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven settings.
Detail-oriented, multi-tasker with urgency.
Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
