📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to define role needs and build pipelines.
• Source top candidates via creative outreach, events, meetups, and job fairs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: screen resumes, interview, coordinate feedback, and onboarding.
• Be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations.
• Track recruitment data and contribute to process improvements and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter, full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong business acumen with interviewing skills to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Sourcing active and passive candidates via networking, platforms, and referrals.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with drive for process improvements via project work.
• Experience with Lever (preferred) or similar ATS.
