📋 Description

  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in talent acquisition across Tech and Non-Tech in EMEA.
  • Experience using multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidates’ skills.
