  • Expertise with sourcing and ATS tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, UKG Ready, GitHub.
  • Strong analytical skills using dashboards, KPIs, and market insights.
  • Experience scaling organizations from early-stage to growth-stage is a strong plus.
