🎯 Requirements

Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments.
Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with monitoring systems (e.g., Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, PRTG).
Familiarity with networking.
Experience with hardware solutions (e.g., Compute, Storage, LAN, WLAN, EUC).
Experience creating high-quality support documentation.
