- 3+ years startup experience – balance shipping fast and perfecting design
- Hands-on experience integrating new hardware platforms via vendor SDKs and driver integrations
- Mastery of debugging, profiling, and Python concurrency (asyncio, threading, multiprocessing)
- Able to design, integrate, and test systems by interpreting component datasheets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
