🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading Systems/BizOps/TechOps teams in high-growth environments.
Proven track record building and scaling internal systems and tooling.
Experience using AI/LLM to automate workflows and internal tooling.
Strong understanding of operational tooling (Salesforce, Retool, data infra).
Technical fluency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs; systems automation.
Cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end initiative leadership.
