🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or Operational Excellence teams.
- Track record building and scaling internal systems and tooling.
- AI/LLM experience to automate workflows and tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Retool, workflow tools, and data infra.
- Fluency with systems architecture and automation (JS, Python, SQL, APIs).
- Data-driven mindset to inform strategy and measure outcomes.
- Ability to align technical solutions across cross-functional teams.
- Ownership mindset with hands-on approach when needed.
