🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, TechOps or Operational Excellence teams.
- Proven track record building and scaling internal systems and tooling.
- Experience using AI/LLM to automate workflows or build internal tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Retool, workflow tools, and data infra.
- Fluency in systems architecture and automation; JS, Python, SQL, APIs.
- Data-driven approach to strategy, investments, and outcomes.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams; align tech with business.
- Navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives.
- Ownership mindset with hands-on, action-oriented approach.
- Excitement for building AI-native operational systems.
