Isolate and resolve unplanned system outages.
Collaborate with market ops, systems, networking, and dev teams for availability.
Improve deployments and upgrades by identifying gaps.
Document actions to turn findings into repeatable, automatable steps.
Debug issues across services and interaction points.

🎯 Requirements

Solid Linux knowledge and shell proficiency.
Mid-to-advanced Linux administration and scripting.
Bash scripting; Python a plus.
Config management with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Experience with monitoring tools.
Familiar with incident tracking and escalation procedures.
