Lead and develop a team of Financial Systems Analysts for service excellence.
Own the health of Spotify's financial/legal SaaS suite (NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Blackline).
Oversee Jira queues, triage, SLAs, and escalation paths.
Define and track KPIs and metrics to guide resourcing and priorities.
Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Audit, Legal, and Eng to translate needs into plans.
Drive continuous improvement with automation and AI tooling.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in financial systems admin/ops; NetSuite/Coupa/Concur/Blackline preferred.
2+ years leading a team; ability to hire and develop analysts.
Natural coach who grows people and creates conditions for best work.
Strong ops mindset; queue-driven support; Jira and Agile practices.
Knowledge of PTP, RTR, OTC in multi-subsidiary/multi-currency env.
SOX/ITGC knowledge for ERP/SaaS change management.
