Collaborate with engineering leadership to enable fast work with rigorous systems engineering
Create and roll out new processes; streamline or remove non-scalable ones
Manage engineers to reduce risk at subsystem and component level during Stage Testing
Review requirements to ensure verification occurs on time and reduces risk
Ensure test objectives are captured at subsystem level and aligned on delivery
Mentor engineers across teams to ensure processes reduce technical risk

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical field
5+ years in system engineering, design, development, architecture, integration, and/or T&E
Full product lifecycle experience on at least one program, preferably two or more
Proven ability to work in dynamic environments with changing needs
Previous people leadership experience
